Payments are billed monthly on the 1st. If you sign up on or before the 15th, your first month is billed in full and work begins right away. If you sign up after the 15th, billing begins on the 1st of the next month, and your project will be scheduled to begin at the start of that billing cycle.

Due to the nature of custom website work and ongoing services, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Our plans are based on a 12-month commitment. If you choose to cancel early, the remaining balance of the agreement will be due as an early termination fee.
